Not only has he represented  Fortune 500 USA based corporations making acquisitions or disposals within the UK, and dealt regularly with European buyers and sellers, but he is also a former chair of the M&A Practice Division of Geneva Group International (‘GGI’) a global top ten alliance of lawyers, accountants, management consultants and private banks. This gives him a huge network of overseas contacts he can draw on to assist Representation UK's clients.

Some examples of cross-border transactions with which we have been involved, include the following:

-Handling the sale of USA based Federal Mogul Inc’s UK Camshaft castings business to Canadian buyer, JD Norman Industries;

-Acting for American Promotional Events Inc, the owners of the TNT Fireworks brand in the United States, in the acquisition of leading UK-based design house and supplier of giftware, books and point of sale material;

-Representing HTC Cranes on the disposal of its Dutch and UAE crane hire businesses to local Dutch and Gulf buyers,

-Sale of UK crop testing company NDSM to Belgian based agro-chemical group

-Undertaking the sale of UK chemicals manufacturer, eChem, to the Italian Faci Group;

-Dealing with the sale of a major UK based insurance products supplier, to NYC headquartered American International Group

-Sale of HTC’s UK crane hire operation to Austrian based Wolffkran AG.
